The Secret To Effective Leadership

Effective leaders understand that there is no "one size fits all" approach when managing individuals. In this interactive session, you will learn to: 1) Conduct alignment conversations to ensure clarity for each of your team members regarding program vision and desired outcomes; 2) Assess the impact of your leadership style on others and adapt your leadership behaviors to meet the needs of your staff; and 3) Understand and use four styles of leadership to positively impact others’ behaviors and get the desired results.

This workshop is offered in sessions 2 & 4.
