Eye to Eye Connection: Identify my Emotions And The Emotions Of Others Through Nonverbal Communication

Do emotions seem to get the best of you? Are you confused about how others express feelings? Join me for an interactive, motivating, interpersonal, social-emotional learning workshop that is designed to take participants through hands-on experience with minimum rules and set boundaries. Learn how the techniques and strategies of the visual and performing arts (VAPA) can help you identify, understand, and manage your emotions and redirect those of others through skills derived from nonverbal improvisation techniques.

This workshop is offered in sessions 1, 2 & 3.
